$8.4 Million Behavioral
Health Acquisition
SANDERS CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC, A BIRMINGHAM based
real estate acquisition and development firm, has recently
completed the purchase of the Pima Transitional Living Facility for
$8.4 million. The facility is located at 2200 North Camino Principal,
Tucson, Arizona 85715.
The 14,506-square-foot behavioral health facility is home to
America’s Rehab Campuses (ARC), one of Arizona’s dominant
behavioral health care providers. ARC provides a dedicated team
of clinicians and therapists who specialize in providing safe and
effective addiction treatment services such as medical detox and
inpatient residential rehab.
