Sanders Capital Partners Completes
$8.4 Million Behavioral Health Acquisition
Birmingham, Ala. – Sanders Capital Partners, LLC, a Birmingham-based real estate acquisition and development firm, has recently completed the purchase of the Pima Transitional Living Facility for $8.4 million dollars. The facility is located at 2200 N. Camino Principal, Tucson, Arizona, 85715.
The 14,506 square-foot behavioral health facility is home to America’s Rehab Campuses (“ARC”), one of Arizona's dominant behavioral healthcare providers. ARC provides a dedicated team of clinicians and therapists who specialize in providing safe and effective addiction treatment services such as medical detox and inpatient residential rehab.
