Sanders Capital Partners Acquires Distribution Facility for $2.1M

Sanders Capital Partners announced its purchase of the Express Oil Distribution Center at 7809 Gadsden Highway in Trussville for more than $2 million. The 34,000-square-foot light industrial center will continue to be leased and operated by Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers to deliver products to its stores nationwide.

The company is based in Birmingham. “We are very pleased to work with such an outstanding organization as Express Oil Change,” said Jackson Stewart, General Counsel for Sanders Capital Partners. "This distribution center represents an opportunity to combine a compelling long-term investment return with an exceptional tenant poised for future growth that will support its operations at the facility. This acquisition builds on a portion of SCP’s investment strategy to increase exposure to smart light industrial offerings."
